Our classes are taught at the professional headquarters of SPCJ in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) from Monday to Saturday, by reserving a date via email or phone call.
Workshop Rules
- Flexible Schedule: Available from 8:00h to 14:30h (duration between 5 and 7 hours).
- Private Classes: They are completely individual and customized (maximum of 1 person, unless you come with a friend or family member of the same level).
- Material Included: All professional material (knives, stands, etc.) is provided during the session.
- The Ham: You can bring your own ham or purchase it at our headquarters with a **special 15% discount** (excluding serrano hams).
- Session Methodology:
- Theory (1 Hour)
- Piece selection (30 Minutes)
- Full carving practice (5 Hours)
